HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Recognizing the 20th                                                                              
anniversary of the Exxon Valdez oil spill and supporting the continued                                                          
practice of accompanying each oil tanker through Prince William                                                                 
Sound with at least a two vessel escort, was read the second time.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                               
objection, it was so ordered.

Thomas, Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.
